User Agreement

Le.Picant Feinkost GmbH & Co. KG, Industriestr. 4, 33758 Schloß Holte – Stukenbrock (licensor)
and the der licensee agree the following:

• The licensor stores a large number of product photographs in a password-protected section of www.lepicant.de. The licensor grants the licensee the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use these product images.
  
  
• This means that the licensee is permitted to
  a) Use the product images on their own website and / or
  b) Use them in catalogues, flyers or any other printed material. Those images are, however only permitted to be used to present the licensee's products. The use of those images to advertise products of other suppliers is expressly prohibited.
  
  
• The licensee is obligated to treat the password for and the content of the password-protected section of the above mentioned domain as confidential and not to disclose them to any third party and / or to get their employees to agree to the terms of this agreement in writing.
  
  
• This licensing agreement can be terminated at any time without notice.
